Technical requirements** - Automatic oscillometric blood pressure measurement, or equivalent. - Measurement range: SYS/DIA covering at least 30–280 mmHg. - Pulse measurement range: 40–200 bpm. - Measurement accuracy: ±3 mmHg for blood pressure and ±5% for pulse, or equivalent. - Clinical validation according to ISO 81060-2, or equivalent. - LCD display and irregular heartbeat detection. - Memory capacity of at least 90 measurements. - Power supply through 4 AA batteries and mains power adapter/charger, or equivalent. - Standard upper-arm cuff for arm circumference 22–32 cm. **2. Mandatory included accessories** - One additional large cuff, compatible with the proposed model, for arm circumference 32–42 cm. - Rechargeable batteries and compatible charger, approved by the manufacturer. - Carrying case. - Mains power adapter compatible with 220–230 V ±10%, 50 Hz, and a suitable plug for Mozambique. **3. Regulatory and manufacturer requirements** - New equipment, supplied in original manufacturer's packaging. - CE marking under the applicable MDR, FDA approval or equivalent approval from an IMDRF member regulatory authority, as applicable. - Manufacturer's ISO 13485 certificate or equivalent. - IEC 60601-1 electrical safety compliance or equivalent, as applicable. - ANARME import authorization or a formal commitment to obtain it before delivery. - Portuguese user manual and quick guide; service manual in Portuguese or English. - Manufacturer authorization letter if the quotation is submitted by a distributor. - Spare parts and consumables availability for at least five years, or seven years if applicable under the tender requirements. - Technical support in Mozambique or a formal commitment to provide it. **4. Documents requested** Please provide: - Official product catalogue and detailed technical datasheet. - Manufacturer, exact model, country of manufacture and year of launch. - Clinical validation report for the exact model, according to ISO 81060-2 or equivalent. - Evidence supporting measurement accuracy and measurement ranges. - Regulatory certificates and ISO 13485 documentation. - Manufacturer's declaration confirming current commercial availability in the EU, USA or eligible IMDRF member country, and confirming that the model is not discontinued or superseded. - Confirmation of compatibility of both cuff sizes, rechargeable batteries and charger. - Warranty conditions and list of spare parts with indicative prices. **5. Commercial quotation** Please indicate: - Unit price, including all mandatory accessories. - Price of replacement cuffs and other consumables or spare parts. - Warranty period. - Delivery lead time and shipping cost to Maputo, Mozambique. - Technical support and after-sales service conditions. - Payment terms and quotation validity.
