Request for Quotation – Mobile Blood Collection Chair

Dear Sales Team, We are interested in purchasing a Mobile Blood Collection Chair for use in fixed and mobile blood donation units. Please provide your best technical and commercial quotation for a chair meeting the following minimum specifications: 1. Technical requirements - Steel frame with epoxy coating or stainless steel construction, suitable for intensive use. - Manual, hydraulic or battery-powered electric operation, allowing operation independently of the mains electrical supply. - Articulated backrest, seat and leg support. - Trendelenburg position achievable within 15 seconds through a single control. - Independent bilateral armrests, adjustable in height, depth and rotation. - Adjustable and removable headrest. - High-density foam upholstery, waterproof, resistant to hospital disinfectants, with sealed seams. - Maximum load capacity of at least 150 kg. - Lockable castors with a minimum diameter of 75 mm. - Quick-release vehicle securing system suitable for installation inside mobile blood collection vehicles. 2. Supply must include - Vehicle mounting and securing kit compatible with the proposed chair. - For electrically operated models: spare rechargeable battery, spare battery charger and backup control unit. 3. General regulatory and quality requirements The proposed equipment must: - Be brand new, unused and supplied in the manufacturer's original packaging. - Comply with applicable CE/MDR, FDA or equivalent regulatory requirements from an IMDRF member authority. - Be manufactured under a valid ISO 13485 quality management system or equivalent. - Comply with applicable IEC 60601-1 or equivalent electrical safety standards, where applicable. - Include the required regulatory documentation and manufacturer's authorization where the supplier is not the manufacturer. - Be a current-generation model, not discontinued or replaced by a newer version, and commercially available in the EU, USA or the manufacturer's country of origin, where applicable under the IMDRF requirements. - Guarantee spare parts and consumables availability for at least 5 years. - Provide technical support in Mozambique or a formal commitment to ensure it. 4. Documentation required Please provide: 1. Original manufacturer's catalogue and technical datasheet. 2. Detailed technical specifications and product photographs. 3. CE certificate / Declaration of Conformity, FDA approval or equivalent documentation, as applicable. 4. ISO 13485 certificate. 5. Applicable electrical safety certificates. 6. Manufacturer's declaration confirming the model's launch year, current commercial status and availability in the relevant reference markets. 7. Manufacturer's declaration confirming spare parts availability and technical support for the required period. 8. User manual and quick guide in Portuguese, and service manual in Portuguese or English. 9. List of spare parts and consumables with indicative prices. 5. Commercial quotation Please indicate: - Manufacturer and country of origin. - Exact model and product reference. - Unit price and currency. - Minimum order quantity, if applicable. - Delivery lead time. - Warranty period. - Shipping cost to Maputo, Mozambique. - Payment terms. - Availability of installation, vehicle mounting and technical training. - Confirmation of whether the proposed chair meets all the above requirements.
