Request for Quotation – Electric Blood Collection and Therapeutic Chair for Fixed Units

Dear Sales Team, We are interested in purchasing an Electric Blood Collection and Therapeutic Chair for use in fixed blood collection units, blood transfusion centres and therapeutic procedures. We kindly request your best technical and commercial quotation for a model meeting the following minimum technical specifications. 1. Minimum technical specifications The proposed chair must meet the following requirements: 1. At least 3 independent electric motors for height adjustment, backrest adjustment and leg rest adjustment. 2. Adjustable height covering at least 55–75 cm. 3. Trendelenburg position of at least 10°, directly activated through the hand control. 4. Emergency lowering function in case of power failure. 5. Multi-position armrests and adjustable cervical headrest. 6. Upholstery with a minimum thickness of 10 cm, waterproof and resistant to hospital disinfectants. 7. Metal frame with epoxy coating or equivalent corrosion-resistant construction. 8. Four castors with a minimum diameter of 100 mm, equipped with braking systems. 9. Maximum safe working load of at least 200 kg. 10. Ergonomic hand control allowing operation of all electric functions. 11. Protection rating of at least IPX4 or equivalent. 12. Compliance with IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2 or equivalent standards. 2. Mandatory accessories The proposed supply must include: - Compatible backup battery for the electric chair. - Compatible intravenous (IV) pole. - Compatible side tray. Please confirm that all accessories are supplied by the original manufacturer or have been validated by the manufacturer for the proposed chair model. 3. General regulatory and quality requirements The proposed equipment must: - Be brand new, unused and supplied in the manufacturer's original packaging. - Operate on 220–230 V ±10%, 50 Hz, with a power plug compatible with the electrical network in Mozambique or an appropriate adapter supplied. - Have applicable CE marking under MDR, FDA approval or equivalent regulatory approval from an IMDRF member authority. - Be manufactured under a valid ISO 13485 quality management system or equivalent. - Comply with applicable IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2 electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility requirements. - Include the necessary regulatory documentation for import authorization in Mozambique, or a commitment to obtain it before delivery. - Be a current-generation model, not discontinued or replaced by a newer version, and commercially available in the EU, USA or the manufacturer's country of origin, where applicable under the IMDRF requirements. - Guarantee spare parts and consumables availability for at least 5 years. - Provide technical support in Mozambique or a formal commitment to ensure it. 4. Documentation required Please provide the following documents: 1. Original manufacturer's catalogue and technical datasheet. 2. Detailed technical specifications of the proposed model. 3. Product photographs showing the chair in different positions. 4. CE Declaration of Conformity and applicable MDR documentation, FDA approval or equivalent regulatory documentation. 5. Valid ISO 13485 certificate. 6. IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2 test certificates or equivalent reports. 7. User manual and quick guide in Portuguese. 8. Service manual in Portuguese or English. 9. Manufacturer's declaration confirming the model's launch year and current commercial status in the relevant reference markets. 10. Manufacturer's declaration confirming spare parts availability for at least 5 years. 11. List of replacement parts and consumables with indicative prices. 12. Manufacturer's authorization letter, if the quotation is submitted by an authorized distributor. 5. Commercial quotation Please indicate: - Manufacturer and country of origin. - Exact model and product reference. - Unit price and currency. - Minimum order quantity, if applicable. - Delivery lead time. - Warranty period. - Shipping cost to Maputo, Mozambique. - Payment terms. - Battery backup specifications and autonomy. - Availability of installation, commissioning and technical training. - Technical assistance arrangements for Mozambique.
